Visit of Nature Ice Palace at Hintertux
The mighty Hintertux Glacier offers not only the highest located show cave of Europe, the Spannagel Cave, but also an accessible crevasse. The Glacier Bus 3 (cable car) takes you to the mountain station at 3,250 meters. Just a few minutes away there's the Nature's Ice Palace. It offers an insight into the eternal ice of the Hintertux Glacier - big stalactites and sparkling ice crystals, a glacial lake and frozen waterfalls await you. The ice cave is open all-year-round and features a constant temperature of 0 degrees C, making it accessible with ski boots as well as with warm clothing and sturdy shoes in summer.
Show distillery at Stiegenhaushof
The Stiegenhaushof show distillery in Schwendau will introduce you to the myth of "distilling" in a vivid way. Lovers of schnapps and liquers will enjoy fine distillates such as "Bergheuerbrand" or "Echt Holz". The guided tour will be accompanied by a snack and a liquers & schnapps tasting.
Hiking tour with snowshoes
